Each vehicle in the car camping area will be allotted a 12’x35’ space for your entire campsite AND vehicle. These will be clearly marked and you will not be allowed to use space outside of the defined area. RV/Tent Upgraded Campsites vary in size but are generally much bigger than car camping spaces.

Primitive Car Camping is the camping type included with a 3-Day GA, VIP, and Gold VIP Pass. Primitive Car Camping is in the general field and all spaces will have a designated 12’x35’ area for their vehicle and entire campsite (including tents, canopies, etc). You can carpool with your friends, but every person in the camping party MUST have a 3-Day Pass that includes camping.

Shaded Primitive Camping is a tent-only wooded campsite area. This camping option is the closest to the main stage. The campsites feature plenty of flat space and trees all around for shade and hanging hammocks. These are not designated spaces and are first come, first served. The Shaded Primitive Camping Upgrade does NOT allow you to camp next to your car. For this type of camping, you will park near the shaded area and walk a short distance with your gear to the designated sites. Reminder: for this shaded camping access, you will need your 3-Day Pass AND the Upgrade.

RV Camping Questions

Any vehicle bigger than a 15 passenger van would be considered an RV. This includes tow-behind trailers, motorhome style RVs, school buses, pop-up campers, etc. You must have a 3-Day RV Pass to bring any of the previously listed vehicles/trailers on site.

To camp next to a friend that also has an RV, you must be next to each other upon arrival. By arriving together, you will be parked in order next to eachother accordingly. However, if one RV is the last RV on the row, you may be parked starting on the next row.

No, once an RV is parked, it needs to remain in place until the end of the festival. NO EXCEPTIONS.

There are flushable toilets and showers located ONLY in RV/Tent Upgraded campsites. You must have the upgraded pass to access this area. A 3-Day RV Pass does NOT come standard with flushable toilets and showers, and do not come with hook ups. VIP and GA Primitive Camping will not have access to these bathrooms.
